In this couse, I coach you on 5 ways to change your diet and stick to plant-based eating.  This is so your good inention to start eating healthy and moving toward being plant-based turns into your reality.

Then in the next 3 videos I give you a crash course in the Nutritarian diet, in other words, what to eat any why.
