In this video I’ll go over the ingredients I use to make a really healthy Nutritarian smoothie.

Please watch the video for the details, but here are the eight things I put in my smoothie:

  • Greens and berries/fruit (plus something to sweeten it)
  • Seeds and Superfood powder
  • Nuts and Beans
  • Omega 3s and water.

I cover four of the six G-BOMBS and get the rest in a salad at lunch or dinner.
